Beate Raabe is a Director for EU Affairs in the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (OGP). 
She’s Head of OGP Europe - Brussels office.
Among her previous positions, could be mentioned:
- Manager EU Affairs, OGP
- Senior European Affairs Officer at the Swedish and German Railways in Brussels
- European Affairs at International Association of Combined Road-Rail Transport in Brussels
- Lecturer of German at Nottingham University, UK

She has a Master degree in general and technical translation from University of Mainz, German.
She’s 45 years old, married and living in Brussels.
