Registration We wish to inform you that the registration procedure (on line and off line) will be closed on Thursday, October 15th at 18.00 hrs local time for organizational purposes. New registrations can only be accepted on site!
The Registration Fees include:
All payments should be made in Euros. Bank charges are borne by the participants. Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.
When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk at the WFER IV Venue.
Registration badges will be provided to the WFER IV participants at the Registration Desk on site. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. Admission to the WFER IV venue areas will not be allowed without badge identification. Written requests with proof of documentation for full refunds received before September 15, 2009, will be honored if an individual is not granted a Visa to enter Greece or if there is a change in government regulations prohibiting entry to Greece.
Participants requiring an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Forum may write to the WFER IV PCO, Erasmous S.A. specifying the necessary details. This service is designed only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Forum. It should not be considered an official invitation covering fees or other expenses. |
